What are shipping charges on my order?
Because
our prices are so affordable, we do charge for
shipping. You can expect to receive your order
within one to three weeks depending on availability.
Our US shipping charges are as follows:

for the first item
$2 for each item after the first item

What are payment options?
Payments
are processed through PayPal. Using PayPal, you can
pay directly from your PayPal balance, linked bank
account, or charge it to your credit card (you do
not need to create an account if you choose). PayPal
accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

What is the Return Policy?
You
have the option of returning the goods to us. You
must notify us within 3 days of receiving the goods
and we must receive the goods back within 3 weeks of
the date that you received the goods. The shipping
charges for returning the goods would be borne by
you – we will not refund these charges. Courier
Charges for sending you the goods are also
non-refundable. We will refund the complete
cost of the goods, excluding all Courier Charges
once we receive the goods back.

can cancel the order and we will refund you in full
if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Will I get the exact order?
We
try our very best to give you the exact design &
colour of the item as shown on our website. As these
are handcrafted items, there could be minor
differences in the finish, colour, workmanship,
length, thickness etc. as compared to the product
shown or description mentioned on our website. Also,
different computers have different monitor settings
so colours could appear different than the
actual piece.

How can I purchase the products through the website?

can easily navigate through our pieces by
browsing through the categories and collections. You
can simply add pieces to your PayPal Shopping Cart
using the Add To Cart buttons in the item pages. You
can add as many pieces to the cart as you want. Once
you’re ready to checkout, PayPal will guide you
through the process of calculating freight charges
and finally, processing the payment.
